Selland in 1983 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation under the laws of the State of Idaho. The Foundation was created for the sole purpose of stimulating and promoting quality Professional-Technical Education within the state of Idaho. The Foundation is self-sustaining and relies entirely on private donations. It is not the purpose of this Foundation to supplant (nor does it receive) state and federal funds appropriated for Professional-Technical Education. Who We Support Community College Yes
